Jury Composition

Research Design Associates can help county governments or circuit courts to assure their jury pools truly constitute a “jury of peers.” While computers are widely used in establishing the jury box, selection of pools, mailing summons, recording participation, sending the service payment check and generating statistics; the data in the computer are rarely verified. This results in jury pools that do not match the census or the population.

Research Design Associates aids attorneys in creating their challenges to the composition of the jury pool and helps in creating valid statistical assessments of a fair jury cross section.
