Juror Surveys

Our research among potential jurors helps attorneys understand the jurors and their case before voir dire. The surveys illuminate biases and prejudices that are inherent to the juror.

Understanding attitudes and perceptions about specifics of the case enables council to accurately predict and impact jury behavior. Good jury surveys can address pretrial attitudes, identify potential leaders and help eliminate jurors with strongly held beliefs that might taint an open panel. Judges may permit survey for difficult issues as effective time saving and privacy protecting tools.
